Students use Meeting Room Manager to book study rooms. The 12-person study rooms can be reserved, but the 2- and 6- person study rooms cannot be reserved and are available on a first-come-first served basis.

Please refer to the Student Handbook (p. 53), Room Reservation and Use policy and the Study Room Reservation Guidelines available on Pulse for more complete information.  Highlights from those documents include:

Study rooms in the SEC are available for study and can be reserved by students. Students are asked to limit study room reservations to four hours per week per student. Study rooms must be shared up to capacity. (This refers to the SEC Study Rooms, not all rooms within the SEC.)

All student organizations/student-sponsored events requesting meeting space must complete the Event Request form on OrgSync.

The Olsen Center, flex spaces, SEC auditorium and lecture halls may be reserved by faculty, student groups and staff for classes and events. The SEC auditorium and lecture halls may be used for study when not in use for scheduled activities.
